Ezeetel SMS Terms & Conditions (Our Own Messaging Use) — Updated

By providing your mobile number to Ezeetel Inc. (“Ezeetel”, “we”, “us”), you consent to receive SMS text messages under these terms.

1 - Message Purpose & What You’ll Receive

We use SMS to communicate with you for support, general information, sales, and accounting inquiries, including (as applicable):

  • Account notifications (billing, payment reminders, login alerts, password resets)
  • Service updates and system notices
  • Support triage and issue follow-ups
  • General account or service questions and status checks
  • Sales outreach, quotes, product updates, and promotions (only if you’ve opted in)
  • Accounting inquiries about invoices, credits, statements, or collections
  • Appointment/booking confirmations and reminders

Note: Some messages are transactional/operational (no marketing opt-in required). Marketing or promotional SMS are only sent with your opt-in and always include opt-out instructions.

2 - Two-Way Messaging & Availability

You may reply to our SMS to continue a conversation. Responses are monitored during business hours; after-hours replies are handled the next business day.

3 - Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, support cases, and preferences.

4 - Charges

Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply.

5 - Opt-Out & Help
  • To stop receiving SMS, reply STOP at any time (you’ll get a final confirmation).
  • For help, reply HELP or contact [email protected] / (905) 863-7399.
  • After opting out, you may still receive critical non-marketing service or safety notices where permitted by law.
6 - Compliance (10DLC, TCPA, CASL)

We comply with A2P 10DLC for U.S. messaging, and applicable laws including TCPA (U.S.) and CASL (Canada). We honor opt-in/opt-out rules and carrier policies.

7 - Privacy

We process your phone number, message content, and delivery metadata to operate, secure, and support the service. We do not sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8 - Delivery & Liability

Delivery may be delayed or blocked by carriers or network conditions. SMS is provided “as is” without warranties, and Ezeetel is not liable for delays, failures, or undelivered messages.
